Located in Cabanas de Tavira and developed by Duja - Sociedade de Construções, Lda.

It consists of two urban plots for apartments and commerce. 

In urbanistic operation was provided a plot for public services to Children's Center and elderly peploe day centre.

Under the engineering consulting the Tavitel team developed the following projects:

- Roads and traffic signalization;

- Public networks drain domestic wastewater

- Public network of drainage of rainwater;

- Electricity distribution network in low voltage;

- Transformer substation 630KVA 15/0,4kV;

- Public lighting network;

- Telecommunications Infrastructure;

- Network for natural gas supply;

- Gas propane storage tank of 2,25m3.
